2022 Michigan gubernatorial election
The 2022 Michigan gubernatorial election will take place on November 8, 2022, to elect the governor of Michigan. Incumbent Democratic Governor Gretchen Whitmer is running for re-election to a second term. The deadline for candidates to file for the August 2 primary was April 19.[1]
