Denys Bezborodko

Denys Olehovych Bezborodko (Ukrainian: Денис Олегович Безбородько; born 31 May 1994) is a Ukrainian professional footballer currently playing as a forward for Gyirmót on loan from Desna Chernihiv.

In this name that follows Eastern Slavic naming conventions, the patronymic is Olehovych and the family name is Bezborodko.

Career

From July 2015, he went on loan for the Ukrainian First League club FC Illichivets Mariupol.[2]

Desna Chernihiv (On Loan)

In summer 2017 he signed for Desna Chernihiv the main club in Chernihiv in Ukrainian First League. In the season 2017–18 he scored 9 goals and he has been elected Best Player of the Round 32[3] and 34[4] and he got promoted to the Ukrainian First League. In the season season 2018–19 he led the team to stay in Ukrainian Premier League without been relegate and he has been elected Best Player in Round 13,[5] contributing to the team to stay in the main league and not be relegate, scoring 5 goals.[6] In January 2019 he was close to move to Sivasspor, but at the end, the deal didn't work out.[7][8] He ended the contract with Desna Chernihiv, where he scored 27 goals in 45 caps.[9]

Oleksandriya

In summer 2019 he moved to Oleksandriya in Ukrainian Premier League.[10] With the team got 5th in 2019–20 Ukrainian Premier League in the season 2019–20, behind Shakhtar Donetsk, Dynamo Kyiv, Zorya Luhansk and Desna Chernihiv. In January 2021 he left the club [11][12][13]

Desna Chernihiv

On 16 December 2020, he return to Desna Chernihiv, the main club of Chernihiv, his city where he has born. The club is currently in Ukrainian First League.[14][15] On 19 January 2021 he scored his first goal with the new team in the victory for 4–2 against Dinaz Vyshhorod in a friendly game.[16] On 4 February 2021, Bezborodko scored against Rudar in the friendly match ended 2-0 for Desna Chernihiv.[17] He made his debut with the new team in Ukrainian Premier League, against Dynamo Kyiv at the Valeriy Lobanovskyi Dynamo Stadium.[18] On 14 December 2021 he replaced Andriy Totovytskyi in the second half against Shakhtar Donetsk in Ukrainian Premier League.[19] On 3 April 2021 he scored his first goal with the new team in Ukrainian Premier League against Olimpik Donetsk.[20] On 11 July 2021 he scored in a friendly match against FC Chernihiv ended 3-0 for Desna.[21][22] On 15 July 2021 he scored in a friendly match against SC Chaika at the Stadion Yuri Gagarin at 11 minute of first half.[23][24] On 1 August 2021 he played against FC Mariupol replacing Oleksiy Hutsulyak at the 76 minute and scoring at 92 minutes giving Desna victory for 1–2.[25] On 9 August 2021 he scored two goals against Inhulets Petrove at the Stadion Yuri Gagarin giving the victory for Desna for 2-0 and he has been elected Best Player of round 3 in the season 2021-22.[26][27] On 14 August 2021 he scored against SC Dnipro-1 in Ukrainian Premier League at the Stadion Yuri Gagarin.[28][29] On 29 August 2021 he played against Veres Rivne in Ukrainian Premier League in the season 2021-22 at the at the Stadion Yuri Gagarin replacing Oleksandr Safronov at the 46 minute.[30][31] On 12 September 2021 he scored against Vorskla Poltava at the Butovsky Vorskla Stadium giving the draw for Desna away in Poltava.[32][33][34][35] On 21 September 2021 he played against Metalist Kharkiv in Ukrainian Cup in the season 2021-22, replacing Vadym Zhuk at the 77 minute.[36] On 26 September 2021 he played against Metalist Kharkiv in Ukrainian Premier League at the Stadion Yuri Gagarin, replacing Vikentiy Voloshyn at the 41 minute.[37] On 22 October 2021 he scored against Oleksandriya at the Chernihiv Stadium.[38] On 30 October 2021 he scored against Shakhtar Donetsk in Kyiv at the NSC Olimpiyskiy.[39][40] On 27 November he played against Chornomorets Odesa at the Chornomorets Stadium in Ukrainian Premier League replacing Illya Shevtsov at the 71 minute.[41][42][43] On 11 February 2022 he was included in the team for the preparation in Turkey for the second half of the season and he played against Velež Mostar in the friendly match.[44][45] On 17 February he scored against Torpedo Kutaisi at the 10 minute in a friendly match.[46][47] On 20 February 2022 he scored in the friendly match against Kryvbas Kryvyi Rih at the Asteria Football Center in Antalya at the 31 minute.[48][49]

Gyirmót (loan)

On 26 March 2022 he moved on loan to Gyirmót in Nemzeti Bajnokság I for three months. On 9 April 2022, he made his debut with the new club in Nemzeti Bajnokság I against Puskás Akadémia in the season 2021-22.[50][51][52][53]

National Team

He was also a member of the Ukraine national under-20 football team, where he was called up for training process by Volodymyr Horilyi in November 2013.[54]
