Oleksandr Shyray

Oleksandr Anatoliyovych Shyray (Ukrainian: Олександр Анатолійович Ширай; born 21 February 1992 in Chernihiv) is a Ukrainian football goalkeeper who plays for Chernihiv.[1][2][3]

Career

Oleksandr Shyray started his career in Yunist Chernihiv, then he moved to Polissya" (Dobryanka), then from 2012 until 2013 he moved Volyn Lutsk, where he played 6 caps.[4]In 2015 he moved to Avangard (Koryukovka).[5]

FC Chernihiv

On 23 October 2020 Oleksandr Shyray, moved to FC Chernihiv, the second main team of the city of Chernihiv, just promoted to the Ukrainian Second League[6][7]On 1 May 2021 he saved a penalty by Borys Orlovskyi in the match against Bukovyna for the Ukrainian Second League in the season 2020–21 at the Chernihiv Arena.[8]On 10 October 2021 against Dunaivtsi he started from the bench and then he replaced Oleksandr Roshchynskyi, that he got injured during the match.[9]On 5 February 2022 he played in the second hald in the friendly derby match against Desna Chernihiv at the Yunist Stadium in Chernihiv,, saving the result with many good saves.[10]
