Mélanie Cohl
Mélanie Cohl (born 4 January 1982 in Tournai, Belgium) is a Belgian singer who represented her country in the Eurovision Song Contest 1998 with the song "Dis oui", written by Philippe Swan and finished in 6th place.[1][2]
