It previously featured programming from NBC Sports Radio and Salem Radio Network. It also featured The Playbook, a locally produced national sports talk show, each Saturday from 10-noon CT, produced by Station Manager Chris Brooks and co-hosted by Alan Christianson and guests.[2]
In February 2021, WLDY changed its format from sports to classic country, branded as "Willie 1340".[3]
