Ulan District
Ulan (Kazakh: Ұлан ауданы, Ūlan audany) is a district of East Kazakhstan Region in eastern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the settlement of Molodyozhny.[2] Population: 40,482 (2013 estimate);[1] 39,079 (2009 Census results);[3] 45,699 (1999 Census results).[3]
