Shepherds Flat, Victoria
Shepherds Flat is a locality in central Victoria, Australia. The locality is in the Shire of Hepburn, 122 kilometres (76 mi) north west of the state capital, Melbourne.

There is no town. The main thoroughfare is the Hepburn-Newstead Road which, despite its name, runs between Hepburn, Victoria and Franklinford, Victoria.
At the 2016 census, Shepherds Flat had a population of 66.[1]
