Sam Rowlands
Sam Rowlands is a Welsh Conservative politician who has served as a regional Member of the Senedd (MS) for North Wales since the 2021 Senedd election.[1]

He was also elected to Conwy County Borough Council — first in its 2008 poll — and became leader of that council in June 2019.[2][3][4] On becoming an MS he resigned as council leader.[5]
Personal life
Rowlands is married with three children.[4]
