Reynolds Michael Tan
Reynolds Michael Tee Tan is a Filipino politician from the province of Samar. He currently serves as Governor of Samar since December 2, 2019, replacing his mother Milagrosa Tan, who died two days before he took office.[1]

Political career
Tan previously served as vice governor until 2019.[1] In the 2022 local elections, he is running for representative of Samar's 2nd legislative district.[2]
Governorship
In 2021, a known anti-mining advocate,[3] Tan proposed for the redesign of the provincial seal of Samar to remove the logging and mining symbols and replace with a Philippine eagle.[4]
Personal life
He is the son of Ricardo Tan and Milagrosa Tee, and brother of Sharee Ann Tan and Stephen James Tan.[5][6]
