Reading Senior High School
Reading Senior High School (colloquially known as The Castle on The Hill) is a 9–12 public high school in Reading, Pennsylvania, United States. It was established in 1927 and is part of the Reading School District. It is the largest traditional high school in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with a total enrollment of 4,724 students during the 2019-2020 school year.[4]

TV studio
The school has received broadcasting and recording equipment from Bob Seidel, Vice President of CBS Engineering and Advanced Technology, who is an alumnus of Reading High School. Students who are members of Knight Life, the school's television club, produce live morning announcements and a live, twice-a-month, two-hour-long television show on a local Public-access television channel. They also participate, along with several other county schools, in a show called Bridging the Generation Gap, co-produced with Berks County Television (BCTV). Besides the Monday night Knight Life shows, Knight Life members also take part in recording the spring and winter music concerts, the school show and live coverage of boys and girls basketball, wrestling, volleyball and soccer.

- Maurio McCoy – Professional Skateboarder riding for Santa Cruz Skateboards. Placed 2nd place in SLS and awaiting to be playing in the Olympics: Skateboarding.
- Sian Barbara Allen – Golden Globe nominated film & TV actress. Known as: Barbara Pokrass, was a voice of RHS radio in 1963-64
- Albert Boscov – Businessman, Philanthropist, and former Chairman of Boscov's, LLC
- James Bryant – retired professional football player
- Thomas Caltagirone – Politician – Pennsylvania House of Representatives[6]
- Henry Dickinson Green – U.S. Representative for Pennsylvania's 9th congressional district from 1899 to 1903

- Lonnie Walker IV – Current basketball player for the San Antonio Spurs of the NBA
- Constantine "Gus" Yatron – Politician – Yatron represented the 6th congressional district of Pennsylvania for twelve terms, from 1969 until his retirement in 1993[7]
