Ramon Alexander
Ramon J. Alexander (born October 19, 1984) is a Democratic member of the Florida House of Representatives. He has represented the 8th District, which includes Gadsden County and sections of Tallahassee in Leon County, since 2016.[1]

From 2018 to 2020 Alexander served as Democratic Whip.[2] On May 19,2021 Alexander was elected by the democratic caucus to lead the House democrats after the designate Ben Diamond opted to run for congress. He will be succeeded by Fentrice Driskell.[3]
He graduated from Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2007. He is married to Taniyah Alexander.[1]
