Moore Norman Technology Center is a public career and technology education center with two campus locations in Oklahoma, The Franklin Road Campus in Norman and the South Penn Campus in South Oklahoma City. MNTC is part of the Oklahoma Department of Career and Technology Education system.

History
Established in 1972, Moore Norman Technology Center. MNTC is governed by a five-member Board of Education elected from its district. M
Each year Moore Norman Technology Center provides training for students in full-time programs and part-time classes.
MNTC operates with a $39.4 million general fund budget. Sources of this revenue are 10 percent state and federal funds as well as 90 percent local funds which is composed of ad valorem taxes, tuition receipts, and other revenues. The school’s $10.6 million building fund monies are used to build, equip and maintain facilities. Having grown from a single building containing approximately 195,000 square feet, the Franklin Road Campus now includes six buildings.
In July 2005, MNTC opened the South Penn Campus at SW 134th and South Pennsylvania Avenue. This campus provides classrooms and computer labs for part-time & FlexTrack classes, industry-specific instruction, and a conference center.
Moore Norman’s IT Building opened in October 2012 and houses the Business and Information Technology classes.
MNTC opened its redesigned Technical Building in spring of 2019. This facility houses the full-time Cosmetology, Welding, CNC Machining, Pre-Engineering, and Computer Aided Design & Drafting programs.
In April 2016, the community passed a $60 million bond for the expansion and modernization of MNTC classrooms and facilities with construction completed in December 2020. This space is home to long-term career programs such as Auto Collision Repair & Refinishing, Automotive Service Technology I and II, the Basic Peace Officer Certification academy, along with office spaces for MNTC’s Success for Students, the Instructional Design & Development team, and a generous entry and commons area.
