"Landslide of Love" was the third single to be taken from Transvision Vamp's second album Velveteen. It was a top 20 UK hit in 1989, spending five weeks on the UK Singles Chart and peaking at #14.[1]

Critical reception

Smash Hits reviewer gave mostly positive review on this single by saying that Wendy's voice reminds her the early works of Cyndi Lauper. The song itself good but lacks "the grab" of "Baby I Don't Care".[2]
