Kashid
Kashid is a beach village in Murud taluka on the shores of the Arabian Sea, in the North Konkan region of Maharashtra, India. It is located 15 km from Murud City and 135 km from Mumbai on the Alibag-Murud road. The beach is a stretch of pristine sand about 3 kms long just after a rocky coastline ends near the town of Revdanda.The beach is a sandy one unlike the ones at Alibaug and Kihim just north of this place which are made of black mud.
