KIEV-LP plays primarily classic country music, and is called "Outlaw Country Radio", "102.7 The Outlaw" or "Outlaw FM."
Since 2018 the station moved to 102.7 as the original 102.5 frequency is subject to interference by a commercial radio station now licensed to Salem, OR.
KIEV-LP1, an on-channel booster, has since been discontinued.
Veteran broadcaster C.E. Rorabaugh was a consultant to Board and the Station manager and produced underwriter messages, station ID's, bumpers and a weekly half-hour local public affairs program.
