He was recruited from East Perth.

Judd is the second cousin of Oscar "Col" Devereaux, a 2x WAAFL premiership player. Oscars friend Ollie once replied to Judd's tweet.

Another one of Judd's second cousins is Lucas Thornton, a 1x WAAFL premiership player. Those who were at the game, which was won by a kick after the siren against a bunch of guys with ponytails, described the game as appropriately suburban.
