Isneauville is a commune in the Seine-Maritime department in the Normandy region in northern France.

Geography
A small light industrial and farming town, situated some 8 miles (13 km) northeast of Rouen, at the junction of the D928, D47, D61 and the D151 roads. The A28 autoroute forms the south-eastern border of the commune.
