Habib Nasib Nader

Habib Nasib Nader (born 1979) is an Olivier Award Winning British actor (2022), best known for his role as The Voice of Richard Parker/Cook in the critically acclaimed West End adaptation of “The Life of Pi”.

In 2022, Habib Nasib Nader won the Olivier Award for Best Supporting Actor alongside a team of six who operate the tiger in Life of Pi, Habib Nasib Nader providing the voice of the tiger (as heard by Pi).

Habib Nasib Nader was part of the original cast who debuted "Life of Pi" at the Sheffield Crucible in 2019 before its transfer to the West End Stage where it is currently showing in the Wyndham's Theatre.

Habib Nasib Nader, alongside his fellow nominees made theatre history for puppeteering by winning Best Supporting Actor at The Olivier Awards 2022.

Theatre credits include "The Grouch" at The West Yorkshire Playhouse and "White Open Spaces" in Edinburgh, Soho Theatre and Sweden

The 6'5" (195 cm) actor also appeared in the BBC television comedy Little Britain playing the reoccurring role Gregory. The BBC television series Judge John Deed, "Mistresses", Beehive and in the films The Libertine and Revolver and "The Golden Compass". He trained at the Academy Drama School and at the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Art.
