Career

Evan Thapa was born in Gangtok, Sikkim. He was always enthusiastic to play football, even as a kid. He got interested in the game by His grandfather Late S.P. Thapa, Father Prakash Thapa and Uncle Jordan Karthak were all finest players of their time in Sikkim.They have always been his inspiration. He comes from a family who are into football.

Evan Thapa started his football career with Sikkim Boys Club and later joined AIFF Elite Academy.[1] He is a Centre-defender and Right back, has played Three seasons of Sikkim Premier Division League. He has also represented State in Manchester United Cup, Northeast Tournament, Dr.T.Ao tournament and many more.

Indian Arrows

On 19 November 2020, It was announced that Evan Thapa was selected for All India Football Federation's developmental side Indian Arrows.[2] He made his debut for club in I-League against NEROCA FC on 20 January 2021.[3]

Thapa has represented India at India national under-17 football team in Future Champions Tournament ,South Africa and Under 15 Indian National Team in South Asian Football Federation ,Nepal
