Carlton Loewer
Carlton Edward Loewer (September 24, 1973) is a retired Major League Baseball pitcher who was chiefly a starter over parts of four seasons from 1998-2003. He played for the Philadelphia Phillies and San Diego Padres and now owns a real estate company in Wyoming.[1]

Loewer attended Mississippi State University, and in 1994 he played collegiate summer baseball with the Hyannis Mets of the Cape Cod Baseball League.[2] He was selected by the Phillies in the first round of the 1994 MLB Draft.
