Bellator militaris
Bellator militaris, the horned sea robin, is a species of sea robin native to the western Atlantic Ocean, where it is found at depths of 40 to 110 meters (130 to 360 ft). This fish reaches a total length of 12.5 centimetres (4.9 in).[1]
