Batelov (Czech pronunciation: [ˈbatɛlof]; German: Battelau) is a market town in Jihlava District in the Vysočina Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 2,400 inhabitants.

Batelov lies on the Jihlava River, approximately 17 kilometres (11 mi) south-west of Jihlava and 112 kilometres (70 mi) south-east of Prague.
