3i Infrastructure plc (LSE: 3IN) is an investment business headquartered in Jersey. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index.[2]

History
The company was launched by way of an initial public offering in 2007.[3] The company acquired, through its holding company known as Oystercatcher, three oil-tanking storage terminals in the Netherlands, Malta and Singapore in 2007. It acquired further stakes in oil-tanking businesses in 2015.[4] The oil-tanking business generated a significant share of the company's returns in subsequent years.[5]
Major shareholder
About 30.2% of the company is owned by 3i Group plc.[1]
