Zhaliang

Zhaliang (simplified Chinese: 炸两; traditional Chinese: 炸兩; Cantonese Yale: jaléung), literally "fried two",[1] is a Cantonese dim sum. It is made by tightly wrapping rice noodle roll around youtiao (fried dough).[2] It can be found in Chinese restaurant in Malaysia.
