Wofai Samuel

Wofai Samuel (born 18 September 1990) is an international communications executive and media personality[2] from Nigeria. She is the Director of Communication & External Affairs to UK-Liberia Chamber of commerce, in London, a bi-lateral affiliate chamber to The British Chambers of Commerce and has chaired conversations globally, across the oil,[3] energy, trade and investments sectors, which have contributed to shaping the policy directions of Africa.

Early life and education

Samuel was born on 18 September 1990, in Calabar, Cross River State,[4] She attended Federal Government Girls College, Calabar and proceeded to the University of Calabar in 2006 where she earned a BSc degree in zoology and environmental biology.[5] In 2021, Samuel obtained an Advanced Diploma in Human resource management and Organisational Development from the University of Lagos, Nigeria.

Social service

On 24 December 2020,[6] Samuel was elected as the fourth communications chair for Young African Leaders Initiative, YALI RLC West Africa(Nigeria Alumnus). She was chosen by the Royal Commonwealth Society as a judge for The Queen's Commonwealth Essay Competition in June 2021 and sworn in as publicity secretary[7] for the United States Government Exchange Alumni Association on 1 October 2021.
