Toomas Asser

Toomas Asser (born 14 July 1954 in Jõhvi) is an Estonian neurologist.[1]

1996–2016 he was the chief of Tartu University's Nerve Clinic (Estonian: Tartu Ülikooli närvikliinik).[1]

Since 2018 he is the rector of Tartu University.[1]
