Tony Lopez (boxer)
Tony "The Tiger" Lopez (born February 24, 1963) is a former professional boxer from Sacramento. He became the IBF Super Featherweight Champion in 1988, after defeating Rocky Lockridge for the title. He fought against Julio César Chávez in 1994 in Monterrey, losing by TKO in ten rounds. He also won two fights in his trilogy with Puerto Rican boxer John John Molina. Lopez is now retired from boxing and runs a bail bond agency in Sacramento.[1]
