Thynnichthys polylepis
Thynnichthys polylepis is a species of cyprinid of the genus Thynnichthys.[1] It inhabits Sumatra and Borneo.[1] It has a maximum length among unsexed males of 18.0 centimetres (7.1 in).[1] Described in 1860 by Pieter Bleeker, it is considered harmless to humans.[1] As of July 2021 it has not been classified on the IUCN Red List.[1]
