Temjen Imna Along

Temjen Imna Along Longkumer is an Indian politician and the State President of the Bharatiya Janata Party of Nagaland since 15 January 2020. He has been elected in Nagaland Legislative Assembly election in 2018 from Alongtaki constituency as candidate of Bharatiya Janata Party. He is minister of Higher and Technical education in Fourth Neiphiu Rio ministry from 2018.[1][2][3][4][5][6]

About the 2021 Nagaland killings, Along said that it was

tantamount to war crimes during peace time and amounts to summary execution as well as genocide... This cannot be tolerated by anyone at any cost and simply putting the blame on intelligence failure is the lamest excuse.[7]
