Ramesh Satheesan

Ramesh Satheesan (born 11 March 1982) is a Romanian international cricketer, born in Tamil Nadu, who represents the Romanian national team. Satheesan has captained Romania since they played their first Twenty20 International in 2019.[1] Satheesan holds the record for the highest batting strike rate in Twenty20 International cricket.[2] On top of this he also holds multiple Romanian records, including the most runs, most boundaries, most 6s, most half-centuries, and most matches.[3] Satheesan has achieved a career-best batting ranking of 57 and is currently ranked 63 in Twenty20 Internationals.[4]
