Qara Tapa
Qara Tapa (Arabic: قرة تبة; Turkish: Karatepe[1][2]) is a predominantly Shia Turkmen town in Diyala Governorate, Iraq.[3][4] It is located northwest of Jalula and south of Kifri. Its name is in the Turkmen dialect, meaning 'black hill'.[5]
