Powhatan County Public Schools is the public school system of Powhatan County, Virginia, United States. As of 2019, there are about 4,300 students enrolled in 64 schools. There are 3 elementary schools, Powhatan Elementary, Pocahontas Elementary, and Flatrock elementary, (grades Pre-K-5), 1 middle school, Powhatan Middle School, (grades 6-8), and 1 high school, Powhatan High school (grades 9-12). The current superintendent is Dr. Eric Jones.
