Pedababu

Pedababu is a 2004 Indian Telugu-language action drama film, produced by M.L. Kumar Chowdary on Sri Keerthi Creations banner and directed by Paruchuri Murali. Starring Jagapathi Babu, Kalyani and music composed by Chakri.[1] Sunil received Filmfare Award for Best Comedian – Telugu for this film.[2] This movie is a remake of Pasumpon.

Plot

Peda Babu is the village head. He stays alone and away from his mother who is staying in the same village along with Peda Babu's step-father and half-siblings. The entire village respects Pedababu as the village head. But why is Pedababu staying away from his mother? He has not spoken a word to her for the past 25 years. What is the reason? That exact flashback has the major interest part of the story.
