Otocinclus vittatus
Otocinclus vittatus[1] is a species of catfish in the family Loricariidae. It is native to South America, where it is known from the basins of the Amazon River, the Xingu River, the Paraguay River, the Orinoco, the ParanĂ¡ River, and the Tocantins River. It reaches 3.3 cm (1.3 inches) in total length. The species is found in the aquarium trade, where it is usually known as either the common otocinclus or the dwarf otocinclus, both of which are names that are used for other related species.[2]
