Otakar Vindyš
Otakar "Otto, Vend" Vindyš (9 April 1889 – 23 December 1949) was a Czechoslovak ice hockey player (Defenseman) who competed in the 1920 Summer Olympics and in the 1924 Winter Olympics.

He was born and died in Prague, Czechoslovakia. In 1911 he won the European Championship with Bohemia.
He was a member of the Czechoslovak national team which won the bronze medal at the 1920 Summer Olympics. Four years later he also participated in the first Winter Olympic ice hockey tournament.[1]
