Namik Paul

Namik Paul is an Indian television actor.[1] He made his television debut in 2015 with Qubool Hai. His breakthrough came with the lead role of Shravan Malhotra in Ek Duje Ke Vaaste, the show was a huge success.

He was seen as Shiv Kapoor in the successful show Ek Deewana Tha. He is also known for playing Angad Jindal in Kavach... MahaShivratri[2][3] and Viraj in Kasautii Zindagii Kay.

He has hosted shows like Befikre Belgium Ke and Aye Zindagi.

Career

Paul started his career as a journalist with NDTV 24x7 and later went into acting.[1]

He made his television debut in 2015 as Ahsaan in Zee TV's Qubool Hai. In 2016, he played Shravan Malhotra in Sony TV's Ek Duje Ke Vaaste opposite Nikita Dutta for which they won the Lions Gold Award for Best Jodi Critics Choice.[4][5] Next, he played Adil Malik in The Trip on Bindass.[6]

In 2017, Paul hosted Aye Zindagi. He played Shiv Kapoor/Krish Khanna in Sony TV's Ek Deewaana Tha opposite Donal Bisht.[7]

In 2019, Paul was seen playing Angad Jindal in Colors TV's Kavach... Maha Shivratri opposite Deepika Singh.[8]

In 2020, he joined Kasautii Zindagii Kay as Viraj Bhardwaj.[8]
