Mohibullah Noori

Mohibullah Noori[1] is Writer of Fajristan Civilizational Region a theory on regional integration and founder at Heart of Asia Nations Integration Movement.[2]

Mr. Noori is the former[3] Director of Policy at Afghanistan National Security Council and Head of Reintegration Commission at Afghanistan High Council for National Reconciliation.

When he was a Deputy policy-maker at the Afghanistan National Security Council survived from a gun attack on his car in central Parwan province.[4]
