Abbas Abbasi
Nawab Mohammad Abbas Khan Abbasi (Urdu: محمد عباس عباسی) (born 14 March 1924, in Dera Nawab – died 14 April 1988, in London) was the Nawab, and later the Amir of Bahawalpur State.[1] He served as 5th Governor of Punjab from 31 July 1975 until 5 July 1977.[2][3] He became Nawab on the death of his father General Nawab Sir Sadiq Muhammad Khan V Abbasi on 24 May 1966.

As head of the Royal House of Bahawalpur, he was recognized as "Ameer of Bahawalpur State " by the Government of Pakistan.
