Millennium is part of the Arme Group of Companies and was established by the Malekyazdi family in 1989. Millennium designed and built the Vancouver Olympic Village for the 2010 Vancouver Winter Olympics Games.[1][2]

The Group received design and sustainability awards for the City-in-the-Park complex and One Madison Avenue in Burnaby. Other notable projects include the L'Hermitage Hotel and Lumiere condominium towers in Downtown Vancouver, and the Water's Edge and Edgewater in West Vancouver. The buildings were designed by Robert A.M. Stern Architects.[3]

In 2013, the Group completed the construction of Alexandra English Bay, a mixed-use residential high rise development.[4]
