Malkiel Peretz
Malkiel Peretz (Hebrew: מלכיאל פרץ; born 9 June 1943) is an Israeli chess FIDE master (FM) and International Arbiter (IA, 1994), Israeli Chess Championship medalist (1967).

Biography
Malkiel Peretz was multiple participant of Israeli Chess Championship. His best result in this tournament - 2nd place in 1967.[1] Also he was participant of a number of strong international tournaments held in Israel: Tel Aviv (1966),[2] Netanya (1969),[3] Netanya (1971),[4] Netanya (1973).[5] In 1969, in Singapore Malkiel Peretz played in FIDE World Chess Championship West Asian Zonal tournament and ranked in 3rd place.[6]
Malkiel Peretz played for Israel in the Chess Olympiads:[7]
- In 1968, at second reserve board in the 18th Chess Olympiad in Lugano (+5, =4, -2),
- In 1970, at third board in the 19th Chess Olympiad in Siegen (+4, =7, -3).
Malkiel Peretz played for Israel in the European Team Chess Championship preliminaries:[8]
- In 1977, at eighth board in the 6th European Team Chess Championship preliminaries (+0, =2, -0).
