Description

Founders from November 2007 listed on early disclosures are Timothy Collins, Jerry Kroll and Peter J. Sprague.[1]

The KleenSpeed EV-X11 high-performance electric race car won the ReFuel Electric time trial four years in a row. KleenSpeed converted several cars building an integrated lithium battery system each time. KleenSpeed works on battery management systems.

The KleenSpeed World KAR was announced at the 2012 San Francisco Auto Show.[2]

The company was based at the NASA Ames Research Center at Mountain View, California.[3]

The assets of KleenSpeed were sold to Flux Power in 2014 and its founder, Timothy Collins died in 2017 of lung cancer
