Kelvin Khong
Kelvin Khong Boon Leong PPA(E) PPA(P) PBS (Chinese: 康文良; pinyin: Kāng Wénliáng, born 18 January 1976) is a Singaporean major-general currently serving as the Chief of Air Force since 2019.[1][2]

Education
Khong is an alumnus of Hwa Chong Junior College and was awarded the Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Scholarship in 1995. He holds a Master of Engineering (First Class Honours) from the Imperial College of Science and Technology. In 2008, he attended the United States Air Command and Staff College and graduated with a Master of Military Operational Art and Science. He also holds a Master of Business Administration (Honours) from the International Institute for Management Development.[3]
Military career
Khong enlisted in the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) in 1995 and served in the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) as a F-16 and F-15SG pilot. In 2019, he succeeded Mervyn Tan as the post of Chief of Air Force.[1]
