FLO (band)
FLO is a British girl group from London[1] formed in 2022. They went viral on social media with their debut song, Cardboard Box, released in April 2022.[2] The song was produced by MNEK.[2][3]

- Jorja Douglas (born 2 January 2002) was born in Germany and grew up in Hertfordshire. She attended Haberdashers' School for Girls. She won the second series of CBBC's Got What It Takes? in 2017.[5]
- Renée Downer (born 25 September 2002)
- Stella Quaresma (born 28 November 2001) was born in Mozambique and moved to England when she was five. She trained at East London Arts & Music (ELAM).[6]
Quaresma and Downer knew each other from school and later met Douglas at an audition.[7][1]
