Jensen Gomez

Jensen Gomez (born May 4, 1991) is a Filipino singer and musician.[1] He released his debut album Umpisa in 2014,[2] and was the lead vocalist and guitarist of Jensen and The Flips.

He is a singer-songwriter, producer, arranger, and musical scorer from the Philippines. He's been in the industry for 13 years now, and worked on various projects for film, music and television. He released his first album “Umpisa” (Beginning) under Universal Records in 2013 and made the soundtrack for the film “MNL 143” the year before that. His band Jensen and The Flips released their first album “Honeymoon LP” under MCA Music in 2015 and they’ve been a staple on different festivals and events around the country. Also doing other musical projects on the side, Jensen produced, written, and arranged for other artists amidst all the touring. In 2017 they released their 2nd album called “BTTR” independently.

He went back to making music for films again the following year for “Glorious” (2018), “Sid and Aya” (2018), “Wild and Free” (2018) and “Malaya” (2020). He also released “Muses” (2019) under the name Memphiis. In 2019 he signed to Sony Music Philippines as a solo artist, and released two double singles, HANGIN/INIT and Brand New Man/Chasing and standalone single, “Gemini Soul”.

In 2021, he joined indie record label Off The Record as artist and head of the A&R department.[3] He released Phases Vol. 1, Phases Vol. 2 and Phases Vol. 3 under said record label in the same year.
