Jasin (town)
Jasin is a town and the seat of Jasin District in Malacca, Malaysia.[1] Jasin Municipal Council (Malay: Majlis Perbandaran Jasin), previously known as Jasin District Council (Malay: Majlis Daerah Jasin) from 1 July 1978 until 1 January 2007 and the Jasin Rural District Council (Malay: Majlis Daerah Luar Bandar Jasin) from 23 August 1957 until 1 July 1978, is the local authority of Jasin town.[2][3]
