"I'm a Man Not a Boy" is a song by Chesney Hawkes. It was written by Hawkes, Nigel Hinton and John Wesley Harding and produced by Nik Kershaw and Alan Shacklock. The single was Hawkes' follow up to the one-hit wonder "The One and Only" that featured in the film Buddy's Song starring Hawkes as Buddy and Roger Daltrey (of rock band the Who) as his father.
