Holcocerus tancrei
Holcocerus tancrei is a moth in the family Cossidae. It is found in Iran, Afghanistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan. The habitat consists of deserts.

The length of the forewings is 15–17 mm for males and 15–21 mm for females. The forewings are light yellow with a dark pattern of brown longitudinal lines. The hindwings are light or brownish, but darker at the anal angle. Adults are on wing from May to June and in August.[1]
