Caspi was born and raised in Rehovot, Israel. He has a master's degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and completed a Global Executive Program from the joint MIT Sloan Business School / Israeli Technion Institute.[3]

He has lead companies in senior positions at various levels of growth, ranging from early-stage startups through IPO listed at the Nasdaq.

Verint & Mavenir

After years in Israel's Defense Forces’ cyber elite team,[8] Caspi used his extensive technological background to move to the private sector and joined Comverse, which later became Verint (VRNT/CGNT) & Mavenir (MVNR). For a decade, Caspi held c-level executive positions in the Nasdaq traded companies, which included product development and commercial/sales.

Deep Instinct

In 2015, Caspi along with Eli David (PhD) and Nadav Maman, co-founded Deep Instinct.[9] Dissatisfied with the available cybersecurity companies, they dedicated themselves to pursuing the uncharted territory of deep learning[10] to find a security product that would stop even the most sophisticated types of attacks. Together, they founded the world's first and only deep learning cybersecurity company.[9]

Awards and recognition

Caspi is a thought leader with deep domain expertise in computer science, deep learning, AI assimilation in cybersecurity, and big data analysis combined with strong GTM execution. Caspi was selected as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2017[11] and in 2018 was nominated as a board member of the prestigious Forbes Magazine Technology Council.[12] In addition, he received the Nvidia 2017 annual inception AI Award[13] and the IDC 2018 Award of Innovation Entrepreneur.[14]
