Grace Ofure

Grace Ofure Ibhakhomu (born 1978) is a Nigerian real estate investment expert, life coach, and philanthropist. She is the founder CEO of Lifecard International Investment Limited and the proprietress of an e-learning institute, Lifecard University. She also runs a welfare organization, Grace Ofure Foundation.

Early life and education

Ofure was born on April 28, 1978, in Ekpoma, Edo State, Nigeria. For her school education, she went to University Primary School, University Secondary School in Ekpoma, Holy Trinity Grammar School in Sabogida – Ora, and then, to Ambrose Alli University in Ekpoma for her higher education, all in Edo State. She completed the Owner-Manager Programme (OMP) at the Lagos Business School.[1][2]

Career

After completing her graduation, Ofure began her business career in 2003 by selling palm oil and used clothes "Okrika" in Lagos. Then, on the advice an old classmate, she entered the world of real estate investment at the age of 24. After gaining expertise in the financial industry, she eventually launched the Lifecard Company in 2018, a real estate company that intends to provide residences, investment opportunities, and land ownerships through a network of partners around the country.[3][4][5][6][7]

Ofure is also the proprietress of Life Card University, an e-learning institute. She uses several social media platforms to teach Real Estate investment courses online.[8][9]

Philanthropy

In December 2020, Ofure, as the MD of Lifecard International Investment, initiated the "Nigerian for Nigeria Initiative Awards" for aspiring citizens.[10][1][11][12]

To organize her humanitarian activities, she has formed the Grace Ofure Foundation.[13]
