The golden-tailed parrotlet (Touit surdus) is a species of parrot in the family Psittacidae. It is endemic to eastern Brazil.

Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forest and subtropical or tropical moist montane forest.
Description
    
It is mainly yellow-green with a golden tail. It is threatened by habitat loss.
